Other Events: Dinners will be organized on the 31st of May (details above) & 1st of June 2024 (at Joss, 1190 W. Cordova Street, Vancouver). Also, we will meet for a picnic starting at 9:30 am on the 2nd of June 2024 (linked is the approximate location at the Coal Harbour Seaside Park). Please take care of your tab at the dinners. There is no extra charge. Also, bring something to eat and share for the picnic.
Refund Policy: You can request a full refund until 30 April 2024. After that, a 25% deduction applies. No refund will be made for cancellations after 10 May. We are happy to change the participant’s name if you want someone else to take your place. The ticket price increases significantly closer to the event’s date.
