Price (Regisration opens in January 2024):
C$170 for individuals; C$110 for those under 25 years old.

Other Events: Dinners will be organized on the 31th May & 1st of June 2024. Also, there will be a picnic on the morning of 2 June 2024. These events will be charged separately.

Refund Policy: You can request a full refund (minus any transaction fee) until 15th April 2024. Thereafter a 25% deduction applies. No refund will be made for cancellation after 10th May. We are happy to change the participant’s name if you want someone else to take your place. The price of the ticket increases significantly as we get closer to the date of the event.
