Caste and Cancel

In this article for Liberty, I examine caste, affirmative action, and cancel culture through the lived realities of India’s social hierarchy and the broader consequences of ideological social engineering.

The essay argues that attempts to abolish complex social pathologies through slogans, quotas, and coercive moral fashions often deepen the very dysfunctions they claim to solve. What begins as a campaign for justice can become an assault on competence, institutional integrity, and honest public discussion.
