In this essay, I examine wokeism not merely as a political fashion but as a symptom of civilizational decay. A society that loses objective morality, restraint, responsibility, and the capacity for justice does not become free. It becomes unmoored. What first appears as liberation eventually degenerates into barbarism, sentimentality, and might-makes-right.
